Azerbaijani Minister of Science and Education Explores Academic Partnerships in Georgia

Tbilisi: A delegation led by Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev recently conducted a series of meetings in Georgia, focusing on enhancing collaborative efforts in the field of education, during their visit the delegation explored Tbilisi State University and the Georgian Technical University, which are recognized as prominent higher education institutions in Georgia.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the minister examined the laboratories and material-technical facilities of these universities, aiming to identify potential areas for cooperation in higher education. The discussions emphasized the importance of strengthening academic ties and exploring shared opportunities.

In addition to visiting the universities, Emin Amrullayev’s delegation engaged in talks with Mariam Lashkhi, Chair of the Committee on Education, Science, and Youth Affairs of the Georgian Parliament. These discussions centered on the current state and future prospects of bilateral cooperation in science and education, with particular attention given to both general and higher education sectors.
