Ankara:A delegation from the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan visited Turkey to participate in the 30th meeting of the Consumer Council.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Yusif Tapdigli and Shahin Naghiyev represented the Azerbaijani agency at the event, which was organized by the Directorate General of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance of the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
During the meeting, Yusif Tapdigli, Director of the Agency's Consumer Market Supervision Department, emphasized the importance of the partnership between Azerbaijan and Turkey in enhancing cooperation on consumer rights protection. He highlighted that experience sharing, cooperation strengthening, and the study of modern mechanisms are key to developing this partnership further.
Participants were briefed on Azerbaijan's consumer rights protection experience, legal mechanisms, complaint handling processes, and efforts to increase consumer awareness.
