Ashgabat: Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov met with President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov during his working visit to Ashgabat. The meeting took place on December 11, where Prime Minister Asadov conveyed greetings from Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and extended congratulations on the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Berdimuhamedov expressed his gratitude for the greetings and congratulations from President Aliyev and requested that his regards be conveyed to the Azerbaijani head of state. The discussion between the two leaders highlighted the high-level political dialogue between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan. They explored prospects for further development of bilateral cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
