Baku: On the first anniversary of the crash of the Azerbaijan Airlines passenger aircraft operating the Baku-Grozny flight near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan, the Chairman of the State Commission established to investigate the causes of the incident, Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov, visited the II Alley of Honor on December 25 and paid tribute at the graves of National Heroes Hokuma Aliyeva, Igor Kshnyakin, and Alexander Kalyaninov, who lost their lives, the Cabinet of Ministers told APA.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Ali Asadov, Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev, and President of Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC Samir Rzayev laid flowers at the graves of the crew members who perished in the crash. The commemorative event was held to honor the memory of those who lost their lives in the tragic incident and to acknowledge their service and sacrifice.
