BAKU — Under a new Decree from President Ilham Aliyev, rules have been established for the repatriation and rehabilitation of Azerbaijani minor citizens who are living in difficult conditions abroad.

According to a new release by Azeri-Press News Agency, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been tasked with resolving issues that arise from the implementation of this Decree.
