Baku: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to Samantha Mostyn, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, on the occasion of Australia's national holiday. Extending his congratulations to the Governor-General and the people of Australia on his own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, the head of state expressed his optimism for the future of bilateral relations.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Aliyev emphasized the importance of continued joint efforts to develop relations between Azerbaijan and Australia. He highlighted that these efforts should be in a spirit of friendship and aligned with the interests of both nations, aiming to enhance mutually beneficial cooperation.
