BAKU — President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan has sent a congratulatory letter to Maia Sandu, President of Moldova, on the occasion of Moldova’s Independence Day, celebrating the enduring friendship and cooperation between the two nations.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev’s letter expressed heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to President Sandu and the Moldovan people, underscoring the strong bilateral relations founded on mutual respect and beneficial cooperation.
