Baku: Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev recently addressed business representatives from numerous countries, emphasizing the increasing attractiveness of Baku and Azerbaijan for foreign investors. He made these remarks during the 'Azerbaijan Executive Breakfast,' an event held as part of the annual World Economic Forum meeting in Davos.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev attributed the appeal to factors such as multiculturalism, cultural and ethnic diversity, and a positive spirit of coexistence among different ethnicities and religions. He noted that these elements foster an environment where people feel comfortable and safe, encouraging them to invest, purchase property, and spend leisure time in Baku. The President also highlighted the economic advantages of investing in construction, pointing out that properties could be sold for twice their value once completed.
