Baku: Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has emphasized the significant role of joint projects with Uzbekistan in enhancing economic cooperation between the two nations. In an interview with the Uzbekistan National News Agency (UzA), he mentioned that these collaborations are paving the way for new development opportunities.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Aliyev highlighted several key initiatives, including the establishment of a pomegranate orchard known as the 'Garden of Friendship' in the liberated Fuzuli district. This project covers an area of 100 hectares. Additionally, he pointed out the cooperation in producing Chevrolet and Isuzu brand vehicles as a testament to the growing economic ties between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.
