The event, themed 'Resonance of Development and Security: Regional Cooperation and Governance in the Institutional Transformation of CICA,' underscored the importance of research in fields such as security, economic issues, technology, and environmental concerns.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev highlighted that think tanks contribute to more effective and well-informed decision-making at both national and international levels. He pointed out that cooperation among think tanks from CICA member states fosters mutual understanding between countries and promotes deeper regional integration, thereby enhancing the prospects for addressing shared challenges.
