He referenced a visit by Israeli President Isaac Herzog to Trkiye as a sign of progress and expressed satisfaction at the countries finding common ground. However, he acknowledged the current tensions and reiterated Azerbaijan's willingness to assist in resolving issues, either through direct involvement or discreet diplomatic channels.

President Aliyev underscored the importance of safety and security, drawing on Azerbaijan's extensive experience of over three decades of conflict. This background, he suggested, informs Azerbaijan's commitment to promoting peace and stability in the region.
