Baku: Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev emphasized the significant responsibility that comes with allied relations during a press statement alongside Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov. This statement was part of a broader discussion on the enhancement of interstate relations between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan, highlighting the progress made in their cooperation.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev discussed the elevation of bilateral relations to the highest level, underscoring a commitment to continued collaboration. He assured that Azerbaijan is prepared to assume the responsibilities that come with such alliances. Both nations are set to support each other on international platforms, as well as in trade, economic matters, and security enhancement.

President Aliyev also pointed out that the package of documents signed during the visit is indicative of the extensive scope of cooperation between the two countries.
