Abu dhabi: Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev expressed his honor upon receiving an award named after Sheikh Zayed, the founder of the United Arab Emirates. The award ceremony for the 'Zayed Award for Human Fraternity' took place in Abu Dhabi, APA's correspondent reported.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev highlighted Sheikh Zayed's leadership and vision, which transformed the UAE into a prosperous nation. He also commended Sheikh Mohamed for continuing his father's legacy of development and modernization. President Aliyev noted that the UAE serves as an example of how a nation can be transformed while maintaining peace, harmony, and a deep connection to its historical roots.
