Azerbaijani Shooter Imran Garayev Clinches Gold at World Youth Championships


LIMA, Peru — Imran Garayev, an Azerbaijani marksman, secured the world champion title in the 50-meter rifle event at the World Youth Shooting Championships. Garayev triumphed by scoring 552 points in the final stage, held in Lima, surpassing competitors from Romania and India.



According to Trend News Agency, Garayev’s victory at the championships, which commenced on September 26, marks a significant achievement in his shooting career. His performance not only brought him the gold medal but also placed him at the forefront among young shooters worldwide.
