Baku: Azerbaijan’s boys’ and girls’ table tennis teams have finished the team competitions at the 3rd CIS Games with silver medals, Apasport.az reports. In the final match, the girls’ team, consisting of Marziya Nurmetova, Yagmur Mammadli, and Aylin Asgarova, faced Russia and ended with a score of 0:2, securing silver medals.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the boys’ national team also achieved the same result. Onur Guluzade, Adil Ahmadzade, and Rustam Hajili were defeated 0:2 by the Russian team in the final, claiming silver medals. The table tennis competitions are set to conclude on September 29.
