Baku: The importance of the TRIPP project for regional connectivity was highlighted during a telephone conversation between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and U.S. President Donald Trump.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, during the conversation, it was noted that transport infrastructure works on the territory of Azerbaijan are nearing completion. The two leaders also expressed hope that work on the TRIPP project in Armenia would begin soon.
