Riyadh: Azerbaijani weightlifter Ravin Almammadov achieved significant success at the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Almammadov, competing in the 79 kg weight category, claimed a silver medal in the snatch event with a successful lift of 155 kg.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Almammadov continued his impressive performance by lifting 190 kg in the clean and jerk, which earned him a bronze medal in that category. His overall effort resulted in a total of 345 kg, securing him two silver medals and one bronze for his remarkable achievements at the competition.
