Azerbaijan’s 2026 State Budget Revenues to Rise by 0.7% Compared to 2025

Baku: The revenues of the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026 are projected at 38,609,000.0 thousand manats, APA reports. This is reflected in the draft law ‘On the State Budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026,’ which was discussed today at a meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry, and Entrepreneurship. This figure amounts to 28.8% of GDP and represents an increase of 253.0 million manats, or 0.7%, compared to the projected figure for 2025, and an increase of 1,447.2 million manats, or 3.9%, compared to the execution of 2024.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the draft indicates that state budget expenditures for 2026 are projected at 41,703.6 million manats, which is 296.0 million manats, or 0.7%, more than in 2025, and 3,990.0 million manats, or 10.6%, more than the execution of 2024. The share of state budget expenditures in GDP will amount to 31.1%.
