Dividend Payments to Azerbaijan’s State Budget Expected to Fall to 447 Million Manats by 2030

Baku: By 2030, dividend payments to the state budget from enterprises with state shares are projected to decrease to 447 million manats, APA reports. This is reflected in the draft law ‘On the State Budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026’, which was discussed at the meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship today.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the document outlines that dividend receipts to the state budget from enterprises with state shares in 2026 are projected to amount to 600 million manats. This figure is 12.2 million manats or 2 percent less than the forecast for 2025.

In the medium term, this indicator is expected to continue its downward trend. Forecasts indicate that dividend receipts in 2027 will amount to 584 million manats, and in 2028 to 569 million manats. By 2029, this figure is anticipated to be at the level of 447.1 million manats. In other words, compared to the projected dividend income for 2025, this indicator will decrease by 165 million manats or approximately 27% in 2029.
