Baku: "The Amnesty Act adopted by the Milli Majlis on December 19, based on the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev to declare an amnesty, has been applied to 90 foreign nationals," said Namig Aliyev, Senior Prosecutor of the Department for Non-Procedural Criminal Prosecution at the Prosecutor General's Office.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Amnesty Act has so far been applied to 18,355 individuals.
