Baku: Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) has announced monthly information for March regarding operations conducted in the liberated territories, ANAMA told APA.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, ANAMA discovered 236 anti-personnel mines, 267 anti-tank mines, and 4,922 unexploded ordnances (UXOs) in the regions of Tartar, Aghdam, Aghdara, Lachin, Fuzuli, Shusha, Khojaly, Khankandi, Kalbajar, Khojavand, Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Zangilan. Additional findings were made in the liberated villages of Baghanis Ayrim, Ashaghi Askipara, Kheyrimli, and Gizilhajili in the Gazakh district.

The report noted that a total area of 4,264.8 hectares was cleared of mines and unexploded ordnance during the operations.
