Baku:Azerbaijan's ASAN model, a notable public service innovation, has been successfully exported to more than 50 countries. Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan, highlighted this achievement while speaking to journalists.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, a contribution agreement has been established between the United Nations and the Government of Azerbaijan to promote and advance Azerbaijan's ASAN model across four continents with UN support. This initiative underscores the global appeal and effectiveness of the ASAN model in public service delivery.
Currently, more than 600 'ASAN Khidmet' centers are operational in six countries, serving as a testament to the model's international reach. Furthermore, nearly 300 guests from over 100 countries, including heads of government agencies and international organization representatives, are attending a Summit focused on this model. The Summit aims to discuss best practices in public service and administration, alongside exchanging views on challenges in the public service sector.
