Baku: Azerbaijan's banking sector earned a net profit of 1 billion 161.6 million manats last year.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, this figure represents an increase of 11.2% compared to the previous year.

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) provided the data that highlights the growth in the banking sector's profitability. The report indicates a positive trend in the financial performance of banks within the country, suggesting stable economic conditions contributing to this increase in net profit.
