Azerbaijan’s Central Bank Releases Official Exchange Rates for August 18

Baku: The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has unveiled the official exchange rates for August 18.

According to Trend News Agency, the exchange rates showcase stability in some currencies while others have fluctuated. The US dollar holds steady at 1.7000 manat, indicating no change from previous rates.

The Turkish lira also remains unchanged at 0.0416 manat. However, there is a decline in the value of 100 Russian rubles, now at 2.1210 manat, and the euro, which has decreased to 1.9904 manat. Among other currencies, the Australian dollar is valued at 1.1086 manat, the British pound sterling at 2.3058 manat, and the Kuwaiti dinar at 5.5662 manat.

Exchange rates for additional currencies include 0.4628 manat for the UAE dirham, 0.2368 manat for the Chinese yuan, and 0.5034 manat for the Israeli shekel. The Swiss franc is exchanged at 2.1091 manat, while the Canadian dollar stands at 1.2318 manat. Other notable figures include the New Zealand dollar at 1.0098 manat and the Saudi rial at 0.453 manat.

These rates reflect the CBA’s ongoing efforts to provide accurate and updated currency valuations for economic and financial stakeholders in Azerbaijan and beyond.
