Hanoi:Azerbaijan has consistently directed efforts towards reinforcing unity within the Turkic world, particularly during its leadership of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS). This commitment was reiterated by President Ilham Aliyev.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, President Aliyev emphasized Azerbaijan's role in institutionally strengthening the OTS, enhancing its international profile, and fostering closer ties among member states. His remarks were conveyed in a message to participants at the 2nd Meeting of the Heads of Intellectual Property Institutions of the OTS member states.

The message highlighted Azerbaijan's dedication to the organization and its efforts to promote cooperation among the Turkic countries, which President Aliyev described as a "common family."
