Baku: Azerbaijan's Minister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, met with the military attach©s assigned to the embassies of Azerbaijan abroad, the Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, during the meeting, the Minister of Defense received a comprehensive briefing on the current state of Azerbaijan's military cooperation with partner countries throughout the year. The briefing included details on the activities of the military attach© offices and the establishment of new military attach© offices in foreign states.

The event emphasized the significance of promoting the state policy pursued under the leadership of Victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief, President Ilham Aliyev. This policy aims at ensuring sustainable peace and highlighting the successful reforms being implemented in the field of army development in Azerbaijan.

Colonel General Zakir Hasanov commended the efforts of the military attach© offices in safeguarding Azerbaijan's national interests abroad and advancing bilateral military cooperation.
