Bangkok: An official opening ceremony for Azerbaijan’s Embassy in Thailand was held in Bangkok on December 11. Elnur Mammadov, Azerbaijani Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Vijavat Isarabhakdi, Thai Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, attended the event, marking a significant diplomatic development between the two nations.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Elnur Mammadov raised the national flag of Azerbaijan in front of the embassy building, symbolizing the formal establishment of diplomatic premises in Thailand. The ceremony included a banquet attended by numerous official guests, underscoring the importance of this international relationship milestone.
