Fuzuli: The State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Azerbaijan is making strides in securing employment for residents who have been resettled to the newly liberated territories, including the Fuzuli district. These efforts are part of a broader initiative to reintegrate displaced populations through job creation and vocational training.

According to Trend News Agency, the source from the State Employment Agency reported that 1,018 individuals have successfully found jobs after relocating to Fuzuli. This move comes as part of Azerbaijan’s plan to revive the economy in areas reclaimed after recent conflicts. The employment programs are tailored to support the reintegration of displaced families back into society and the workforce.

The agency has also initiated self-employment programs, setting up small farms for 35 of the resettled residents. This initiative not only provides immediate employment but also encourages sustainable agricultural practices in t
he region. Plans are underway to expand this program, with more small farms expected to be established for additional groups soon.

Moreover, 28 individuals have been enrolled in vocational training courses, equipping them with the necessary skills to thrive in the local economy. These courses are designed to meet the specific needs of the region’s labor market, ensuring that training aligns closely with available job opportunities.
