BAKU — First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva has used social media to advocate for children who lack parental care and require special support, sharing a new video that features her interaction with these children.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Mehriban Aliyeva, who also presides over the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, appears in the video engaging directly with children in need, aiming to raise awareness and support for their care. This effort aligns with her ongoing work to improve welfare programs for vulnerable groups in Azerbaijan.
