A phone conversation took place between the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, and the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, highlighting the international dimension of the conflict. On the ground, Azerbaijan’s Tartar city was subjected to artillery fire by Armenian forces, leading to the tragic loss of 19 Azerbaijani civilian lives, injuries to a teacher, and the destruction of 11 schools.

The Azerbaijani military reported disabling a substantial amount of Armenian military hardware, including nearly 200 ta
nks, 228 artillery installations, and 30 air defense systems. The list of Armenian military losses was disclosed, noting the destruction of enemy military columns across various frontline directions.
