Baku:The average monthly nominal salary in Azerbaijan is projected to rise by 8.7% next year, reaching 1,288.30 manats.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, this increase is part of Azerbaijan's 2027 Budget Package. The budget outlines that the average monthly nominal salary is expected to be 1,185.5 manats in 2026 and will increase to 1,288.30 manats in 2027, marking an 8.7% growth compared to the current year.

Additionally, the budget package forecasts that expenditures on payments to the population will increase by 9.2% and 10.9%, respectively, compared to the current year's forecast and expected execution figures.
