The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has published a review of securities following the results of January-September 2022.

The document says that over 9 months the transactions worth 9,434.4 million manats were made in the securities market of Azerbaijan.

This is down by 25.7% from the same period of the last year.

Over 9 months the primary market formed AZN 5,030.3 million (19.7% less), the secondary market – AZN 4,404.1 million (31.7% less).

In the reviewed period, 6,596 transactions were made at the securities market. This is down by 26.1% year on year. The primary market (down 16.9%) accounted for 1,172 deals, the secondary market (down 27.8%) – 5,424 deals
