Baku: Azerbaijan’s state budget revenues for the first nine months of the year have exceeded expectations by nearly AZN 700 million. During the period from January to September, the budget revenues reached 29,142.4 million manat, surpassing the nine-month forecast by 675.2 million manat, or 2.4 percent.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Ministry of Finance reported that revenues from the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy amounted to 12,455.8 million manat, exceeding the forecast by 614.2 million manat, or 5.2 percent. Additionally, revenues from the State Property Service under the Ministry of Economy totaled 34.5 million manat, surpassing the forecast by 8.2 million manat, or 31.2 percent. Other revenue sources contributed 563.2 million manat, more than doubling their forecast with an excess of 304.4 million manat. Transfers from the State Oil Fund amounted to 10,860.7 million manat, meeting the forecast precisely.

Revenues from the State Customs Committee reached 4,748.0 million manat, achieving 98.4 percent of the forecast. Meanwhile, revenues from paid services of organizations funded by the state budget totaled 480.2 million manat, accounting for 73.3 percent of the forecast. The state budget expenditures for the first nine months of 2025 were executed at 24,668.2 million manat.
