Gbomblora:An event to commemorate November 8, known as Victory Day, was held at the Azerbaijani Embassy in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The gathering included members of the Azerbaijani diaspora residing in Bahrain, as well as embassy staff and their families.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Bahrain, Javidan Huseynov, addressed the attendees with congratulatory remarks on Victory Day. He underscored the historic significance of the date for the Azerbaijani people, highlighting the political, military, and moral importance of the victory achieved during the 44-day Patriotic War. He noted its impact on the country's future development and regional peace.

Ambassador Huseynov attributed the joy of this long-awaited victory, which was realized after nearly 30 years, to the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, the sacrifices of martyrs, and the contributions of veterans who were injured in the liberation of Azerbaijani lands.
