Zangilan: The next meeting of the Working Group on Environmental Issues was held in Azerbaijan’s Zangilan district. APA’s correspondent dispatched to Zangilan reports that after the meeting, participants were familiarized with newly purchased equipment for safe solid waste management in the Garabagh and East Zangazur economic regions.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Working Group on Environmental Issues was established within the Interdepartmental Center operating under the Coordination Headquarters to resolve issues in the liberated territories in a centralized manner. Representatives of relevant state agencies represented in the working group participated in the meeting.

The purpose of the working group is to address environmental concerns in the liberated territories, focusing on the implementation of effective waste management solutions. The introduction of new equipment aims to enhance the capability of managing solid waste safely and efficiently in these regions.
