Baku:According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Azercosmos engineers have successfully designed and manufactured a Thermal Vacuum Chamber (TVAC) named 'AlTvac 03'. This device will enable the testing of small satellites and their components locally in Azerbaijan.

The 'AlTvac 03' has passed the necessary tests and is specifically designed to evaluate the thermal and vacuum compatibility, reliability, and functionality of small satellites, their subsystems, and various spacecraft components. These assessments are conducted under thermal-vacuum conditions, which are crucial before launching equipment into orbit.

Thermal vacuum systems are a vital part of the testing infrastructure for satellite and space equipment used by major space agencies worldwide, including NASA, ESA, JAXA, and ISRO, as well as numerous space companies.
