London: The Azerbaijan Space Agency (Azercosmos) has been honored with the ‘Regional Operator and Service Provider of the Year’ award at the ‘Strategies in Satellite Ground Segment 2025’ (SSGS 2025) conference held in London. Azercosmos was recognized for its exceptional contributions and achievements in the satellite industry, as announced by Azercosmos to APA-Economics.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the SSGS 2025 awards featured only seven main categories. The winners were chosen from among the leading satellite operators and technology companies around the globe, highlighting the competitive nature of the selection process. This accolade marks a significant achievement for Azercosmos, showcasing its role as a key player in the regional and global satellite sector.
