Vienna: A delegation from the Space Agency of Azerbaijan (Azercosmos), a company of AZCON Holding, participated in the 69th session of the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (UN COPUOS). During the session, the Azercosmos delegation delivered presentations and statements on topics including space and climate change, as well as the Space2030 Agenda.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, participants discussed current issues related to international cooperation in the space sector, the sustainable development of space activities, and the expanded use of space technologies to address global challenges. The Azerbaijani delegation provided information about Azerbaijan's space projects and highlighted the importance of international cooperation for the future development of the sector.

The United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space is one of the leading international platforms for discussing space policy, science and technology, as well as strengthening cooperation among states in the peaceful use of outer space.
