‘Azerenergy’ and Azerbaijan Engineering Academy Forge Strategic Partnership

Baku: The Azerbaijan Engineering Academy and 'Azerenergy' OJSC have signed an agreement to enhance scientific and technical collaboration, focusing on the adoption of innovative technologies within the energy sector.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the agreement was formalized by Baba Rzayev, Chairman of the Board of 'Azerenergy' OJSC, and Arif Pashayev, President of the Azerbaijan Engineering Academy. This partnership aims to advance scientific and technical cooperation, incorporate modern technologies into production processes, and apply research findings practically.

As part of the collaboration, experts from both entities have conducted joint meetings at Thermal Power Plants (TPPs), assessing existing challenges and discussing viable solutions. A significant focus is developing systems for monitoring air quality parameters at TPPs and creating a monitoring system for the cooling oil of high-voltage transformers, ensuring their integration into a centralized monitoring system.

This cooperation is expected to leverage Azerbaijan's scientific potential and innovation capabilities, enhancing the effectiveness of the country's energy sector.
