Baku: Zakir Ibrahimov, Chairman of the Board of the "AzerGold" Closed Joint-Stock Company (CJSC), held a final meeting with Aslan Hasanli and Rufat Mammadkhanli, winners of the 4th "Yukselish" competition, to discuss the results of the Mentorship Program.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the meeting marked the conclusion of a one-year Mentorship Program, during which Ibrahimov praised the winners for their active participation and personal development achievements. He highlighted the 'Yukselish' competition's significance in cultivating a new generation of managers in Azerbaijan, aligning with modern management principles as established by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev.
The meeting included discussions on applying learned public administration methods, strategic decision-making, corporate governance, and effective communication in future professional activities. Ibrahimov congratulated the winners on completing the mentorship and encouraged their continued success and contributions to the state's development.
Winners Aslan Hasanli and Rufat Mammadkhanli expressed gratitude to Ibrahimov for his mentorship and the opportunities provided for their growth. They acknowledged the impact of the acquired knowledge and skills on their leadership development.
