AzerGold CJSC Approves 2026 Digital Action Plan for Data-Driven Management

Baku: AzerGold Closed Joint-Stock Company (CJSC) has approved its Digital Action Plan for the current year, as part of the Digital Transformation Roadmap for 2025-2028. The focus for 2026 is on the "Formation of information-based decision-making and analytical maturity." The goal is to systematically develop a data-driven management model and expand analytical approaches in decision-making processes.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the Action Plan includes integrating operational, technical, and financial data from various information systems into a unified architecture. This will involve creating a centralized data platform and consolidating data flows into a unified Data Warehouse. Cybersecurity initiatives are also part of the plan.

The unified data infrastructure will serve as the technological foundation for future stages, enabling predictive analytics, intelligent modeling, and automated decision support systems. Starting in 2028, AzerGold plans to begin implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) based technologies as part of its strategic targets in the Roadmap.

It is important to note that the Digital Transformation Roadmap for 2025-2028 aims to optimize production and management processes, enhance operational efficiency, and apply innovative technologies. This document aligns with the "Concept for Digital Development in the Republic of Azerbaijan," as approved by the Presidential Decree on January 16, 2025.
