Azeri Light Crude Oil Price Drops to $101

Baku: The price of Azeri Light crude oil decreased by $2.9, or 2.77 percent, to settle at $101.68 per barrel on Wednesday. This decline marks a significant change in the market value of Azeri Light, a key commodity in the global oil sector.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Azeri Light has experienced considerable fluctuations in its pricing history. The all-time low price was recorded at $15.81 per barrel on April 21, 2020, while the record high was $149.66 per barrel in July 2008. These historical figures provide context to the current price settlement, illustrating the volatility and changes in market conditions over the years.
