Tashkent:AzInTelecom LLC highlighted its expertise in cloud technologies, biometric identification, and artificial intelligence at the ICTWEEK Uzbekistan 2026 event, held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan's capital.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, the company's participation in the event was pivotal in promoting its digital products and services within the regional market. It also facilitated the establishment of new partnerships and expansion of international cooperation.
AzInTelecom is focused on developing modern digital infrastructure and high-performance computing capabilities. These efforts are part of its strategy to bolster Azerbaijan's status as a regional digital hub. The company is advancing data centers, cloud infrastructure, and artificial intelligence to achieve this.
During the event, Farid Ismayilzada, Advisor to the CEO of AzInTelecom LLC, spoke at a panel discussion about the impact of artificial intelligence on cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity. He emphasized the significance of Azerbaijan's first Supercomputer Center for the country's AI and digital development, which supports local entities by providing advanced computing resources. The center uses NVIDIA H200 GPU chips for developing AI models and processing data. Plans are underway to enhance its computing power further.
Ismayilzada also remarked on the role of artificial intelligence in improving the security of AzInTelecom's biometric solutions.
At the event, AzInTelecom's delegation presented its cloud and biometric solutions to an international audience and discussed potential cooperation with foreign technology companies. The company's involvement in such international platforms not only promotes its digital solutions but also reinforces Azerbaijan's reputation as a technological hub for data processing and cloud services in the region.
