Farid Ismayilzada, Advisor to the CEO of AzInTelecom, participated in a panel discussion on the impact of artificial intelligence on cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity. He emphasized the role of Azerbaijan's first Supercomputer Center in advancing AI and digital technologies in the country. This center provides the necessary infrastructure for AI projects and enables local organizations access to advanced computing resources.
The Supercomputer Center, equipped with NVIDIA H200 GPUs, is designed to develop AI models, process large data volumes quickly, and perform complex computations. Efforts are underway to enhance the center‚¬Å¡¬‚¬Å¾¢s computing capacity, reinforcing Azerbaijan's status as a regional hub for AI and high-performance computing services.
Additionally, Ismayilzada mentioned that AzInTelecom employs advanced AI technologies to improve the security of its biometric solutions. During the event, the company showcased its cloud and biometric solutions, engaging with international technology companies to explore potential collaborations.
