Baku:A delegation from the National Bank of Kazakhstan visited the Central Bank of Azerbaijan to share experiences in human resource management.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the visit commenced with Deputy Governor of the Central Bank Gular Pashayeva delivering opening remarks and a welcome address. The Central Bank then showcased its strategies for managing human capital and shared recent transformation initiatives in this area.

During the visit, sessions were conducted on various HR practices at the Central Bank, including the digitalization of recruitment processes, integration of new employees, implementation of competency frameworks, performance management, learning and development, HR analytics, and employee engagement.

Additionally, the delegation exchanged views and experiences on automating HR processes and integrating modern technology and artificial intelligence solutions into human resource management.
