Head of the Department of Computer Technology and Cybersecurity of the Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU), Professor Vagif Gasimov, Associate Professor of the Department Jabir Mammadov and Senior Lecturer Shahla Aliyeva participated in the III International Congress on “Human-Computer Interaction, Optimization and Robotic Software Applications” (HORA-2021), held by the IEEE (American Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering) in Turkey.

Vagif Gasimov and Jabir Mammadov spoke on the topic “Image encryption algorithm based on a sequence of DNA pseudo-characters and a chaotic logical map”, and Shahla Aliyeva-on the topic “Application of blockchain technology to ensure security in the cloud and IoT environment”.

The teachers were awarded an international certificate by the leadership of the Congress.
