According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the document highlights Azerbaijan's example in post-conflict reconstruction. It urges a coordinated approach to prioritize reconstruction and recovery efforts, ultimately facilitating the return of internally displaced people (IDPs) to their homes. The document calls for all national governments to guarantee free and prior informed consent in these processes.
