Baku Energy Week Unites Global Energy Stakeholders in Azerbaijan

Baku: Baku Energy Week, recognized as the largest and most prestigious energy platform in the region, is scheduled to take place from June 1 to 3 at the Baku Expo Centre. This event has been a significant gathering point for key international energy players for over three decades, establishing itself as a reliable national brand and a notable event on the global energy agenda.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Baku Energy Week will feature several key events, including the 31st International Caspian Oil and Gas Exhibition, the 14th Caspian International Clean Energy Exhibition, and the 31st Baku Energy Forum. The Baku Energy Forum, set for June 1-2 at the Baku Convention Center, serves as the strategic dialogue platform of the week, bringing together energy industry stakeholders, international experts, and government officials from various countries to discuss future development pathways in the global energy market.

The forum is recognized for facilitating constructive and balanced discussions on energy in the region. By 2026, it aims to cover essential topics such as sustainable energy futures, energy transitions, scalable green energy projects, and export prospects. The international reputation and strategic importance of the Baku Energy Forum are underscored by messages from high-ranking officials and heads of international energy organizations.

The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) supports the forum, with OPEC Secretary General Haitham Al Ghais highlighting the event's role in uniting regional and global energy stakeholders. The Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan supports Baku Energy Week, with the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) as the General Partner, and it is organized by Iteca Caspian and its international partners ICA Events and Caspian Event Management.
