Baku Hosts 10th Trilateral Meeting of Azerbaijan, Trkiye, and Georgia Foreign Affairs Committees

Baku: The 10th trilateral meeting of the foreign affairs committees of the parliaments of Azerbaijan, Trkiye, and Georgia has been held in Baku. Satisfaction was expressed with the dynamic development of trilateral relations during the event.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, committee chairpersons and members from all three countries discussed the growing level of cooperation in various fields, including energy, transit, the economy, tourism, and other areas. It was emphasized that the Azerbaijan-Trkiye-Georgia tandem plays an important role not only for the region but also for Europe, contributing to the continent's energy security.

In their remarks, committee members outlined their countries' positions on global crises, proposals aimed at resolving them, prospects for expanding trilateral cooperation, and other issues. They also noted that such meetings help deepen mutual understanding among officials of Azerbaijan, Trkiye, and Georgia.

During the session, proposals were put forward regarding the prospects of a joint response within the Baku-Tbilisi-Ankara cooperation axis to emerging and potential global and regional challenges, as well as interstate tensions. In addition, proposals were made to strengthen cooperation in the efficient use of human and mineral resources, artificial intelligence, technological development, media, and education.

It was agreed that the 11th trilateral meeting of the foreign affairs committees of the parliaments of Azerbaijan, Trkiye, and Georgia will be held in Tbilisi.
