Baku: The award ceremony of ‘Dayag’ to honor the most active entrepreneurs across various sectors of the economy in 2025 is taking place in Baku. Supported by Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Economy and organized by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA), the event is attended by more than 300 businessmen, startups, representatives of business associations, parliamentarians, and representatives of government agencies.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the event includes speeches by officials, a panel discussion on the topic “2026: The Challenge of SMEs,” and the presentation of “Dayag” awards to 17 entrepreneurial entities that achieved success in 2025.

For the past four years, business representatives have been honored with the ‘Dayag’ award in recognition of their contributions to the national economy. Established by KOBIA in 2022, the ‘Dayag’ Award aims to showcase entrepreneurial achievements, promote a business-oriented mindset, and further strengthen collaboration between the public and private sectors.
